I wanted to branch out and cook a different kind of meat for the family rather than just continuing with the same-old/same-old, right?! So I found a chunk of lamb while making the grocery order, and then I found two lamb recipes to try with it.... 🐑 The first lamb recipe called for 6 lamb chops (1 chop = ~4 ounces), and the other one called for 250 grams of British lamb mince (1 cup/8 ounces).
